The Theater of Camogli, inaugurated on September 30th, 1876, thanks to the wish of 60 families of the local bourgeoisie who had made their fortune with the sea when Camogli was one of the major shipping powers of the time.
The Social Theater, built from the project of the architect Salvatore Bruno, has an Italian-style theater structure with a horseshoe shape, four rows of boxes and a gallery.
It is a real gem, totally renovated, with attention to detail, refined decorations, excellent lighting and excellent acoustics.
With over 400 seats between stalls and small stages, the Teatro Sociale di Camogli offers a varied and interesting program of theatrical and musical performances to be enjoyed immersed in a facility that is an extraordinary architectural work.
