and a well-trained dog.
The terrace overlooking the sea is a delightful spot to have breakfast and to relax with a book or listen to music at sunset.
The house is located above the town centre and its quintessential marina, which is just three minutes away down a flight of steps in front of the house.
The bus stop is 20 metres away, the train station 700 metres and the nearest fee-paying car park also about 700 metres, but parking is free on the nearby streets and it’s not hard to find a space.
